Google Drive is one of the features Google provides to its users, which acts as a boon in many ways. Keeping documents and files with other people was easy to share. Transfer documents to Google Drive

  • Go to drive.google.com on your computer
  • Now click on the folder or file you want to share
  • Now you can see the version that says "Share", click on it
  • Simply enter that person's or Google Group's email into the box that appears under "People." The email address with which you want to share the file.
  • Now just click the "Send" button, an email will be sent to an individual or group with the file or document attached.

In addition to the above, to choose how someone can access a file or folder, simply click the "down arrow" and assign the function. If you ever request to use your Google Drive files offline, you can simply follow the steps below to make your files or folders available offline.

Make Google Drive Files Available Online

  • Go to drive.google.com on your computer
  • right-click now
  • Google Docs, Files Free web content, folders, or even slides you want to keep offline
  • Now just turn on the "Available Online" option/mode you can view your files online
